Iowa Football Recruiting

So you are basing recruiting strictly on how they are rated by recruiting services and not how they perform on the field? Noted.

Most definitely ISU is mediocre right now, who is stating otherwise (other than in the Iowa trolls minds that keeps them fighting the good fight)?

I’ve never seen a mediocre program live rent free in another fan bases mind like ISU lives in Iowa’s.

You don’t think ISU fans have posted on this board about ISU taking the next step?

According to Stewart Mandel The Big 12 has OU Ranked #6, Texas #14 and OSU #18. The Big Ten has Ohio State #3, Penn State #7, Wisconsin #11, Minnesota #17 and Iowa #19.

Like I said if Iowa wins 10 games and isu wins only 7 SOS might be close, otherwise clone fans’ cherished SOS will be for Iowa.

With clone fans being ecstatic with winning 7-8 games a year do you love knowing the Alamo Bowl is isu’s ceiling?

But Iowa fans are ecstatic that they don't play the likes of Michigan, OSU and so on... Then when they do, they complain that their SOS is soooo much tougher.

I noticed you didn't refute my comment about playing for a national championship. You know it's true and everyone else does to that Kirk can't get them to that level.

Iowa State is better than Valley

I said, depends on how you define program. Remember, no one said anything about team. Of you just want to define success at your level, Valley is a better program. NDSU is a better program. Not a better team.

How many programs are playing at a national championship level right now? Alabama, LSU, Clemson, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Georgia, and...... Those programs are so far ahead of everyone else it isn’t close. It isn’t shameful to say your college football program isn’t a national championship level team.

Iowa fans don’t cry about SOS we leave that to clone fans. I guess Iowa could play for a National Championship but I don’t expect it.

I see you didn’t refute my comment that the Alamo Bowl is isu’s ceiling. You and everyone else In college football know it’s true.

So when you call us a mediocre program you're talking about mediocre at our level and not mediocre down to the Big Ten West level? I can actually agree with that

isu is about 4th or 5th in the Big Ten West on a yearly basis. I leave it up to clone fans to decide if that is good or not. Would you rather be 4th or 5th in the Big Ten West or tied for 3rd in the Big 12?

Put ISU in the B1G west and they wouldn’t be mediocre. Probably poor. Maybe awful. Illinois or so.

Another day another SOS post.

I don’t think isu will have a more difficult schedule than Iowa this fall with what Ohio State, Penn State, Wisconsin and Minnesota are going to be.

Of course if Iowa wins 10 games again and isu only wins 7 that may make it close though.
Minnesota is not gonna be some power house. Stop
