Iowa Football Recruiting

The fact of the matter is we just have so much ground to make up with in-state kids, especially that play OL, DL or TE. Maybe even throw in LB. They just have such a great history of success at that position, especially with in-state kids.

Did you finally look in the mirror or what?

Really, what is your point there about Purdue?

It's a tough place to recruit to. West Lafayette isn't exactly a mecca as far as college towns go. Brohm has done a respectable job in that regard but still has a long ways to go.

You realize you just listed a bunch of 3 star guys?

Offer list

Hutchinson:
Oklahoma
Nebraska
Arizona State
TCU
Utah

TJ Tampa:
Georgia
Maryland
Wake Forest

Daniel Jackson (All American):
USC
Arizona
Arizona State
Arkansas
Baylor
Illinois
Kansas State
North Carolina
Oklahoma State
TCU
Utah

So I'll ask again. When was the last time Iowa got a recruit like one of those three?

I love how you clown fans spin everything. It’s pretty comical.

Let me just take this moment to remind you that you are an Iowa fan, on an Iowa State board, complaining about Iowa State fans.

A real easy solution to this little issue you're having would be to stick to Iowa boards.

..... you have to spell it out for him....

Calvin Lockett
Wisconsin
Virginia Tech
Virginia
Purdue
UCF
Boston College
Kentucky
Syracuse

Not sure why we're arguing this pointless topic. Iowa just had two freshmen receivers combine for 1,000 yards. Iowa is in great shape at this position. One of these, Tyrone Tracy, was graded higher than Tampa and Hutchinson.

I care about grade about as much as ISM's 82 when we've all seen him go off in a bowl win.

Yeah Lockett didn't have an offer from Oklahoma, Georgia, etc. He did have that UCF and Syracuse offer though! Lol

I'll ask again. I'm assuming the last WR recruit you got that was as sought after as those 3 was Keenen Davis

Again, who cares?

Oliver Martin has a higher grade and better offers than all three of those guys and he's behind Ragaini and Tracy.

Next you'll start concerning yourself with the low grades of Hyde, King, Stone and Jackson.
