Technically speaking Kerwin Walton won't announce until the 25th, so he is still in play. Steve is about to pull a recruiting coup for the ages.
Not to worry, I'll see myself over to the "What are you drinking thread?" now.
Historically we're a pretty decent basketball program.... not blue blood or elite by any means, but pretty good.
In football we've been the laughing stock of college football for the most part, but there was a glimmer of hope with Danny Mac, and now again with Campbell. We saw what happened with Mac.... what happens with Campbell is still to be determined.
In summation... we've only ever been a basketball school, but that's about to be gone. Hopefully when that goes we'll become a football school, but it's too early to tell right now. If we don't soon become a football school, we'll be a track and cross country school only.

Did Cam Mack from Nebraska commit anywhere? Forgot he was in the portal but he would be a solid addition to the team and their aren’t many options left.
on paper he looks like a good option but I can’t see Prohm recruiting him. looks like he’s going through the draft process before he looks to find a new school though
Prohm always did do well with Hoiberg's guys.
Well, not as well as he should have.
I'd relive the Niang senior year, Monte/Deonte, or Shayok year in a heartbeat right now. Guess Shayok year was fully Prohm, but still makes the list.
Being viewed as “a solid football program” doesn’t mean you’re a football school. You have to be more than solid to put that label on it.
Can we land a basketball recruit so we don’t have to talk about football? Lol

In this conference, our fans are vastly more rabid.
