It is such a success story. Kids dad was in jail. Kid succeeded inspite of the awful life his dad laid out. I totally get the connection between the kid and coach. His coach is one bad episode from a new felony and bam luka loses another “man” in his life and Fran is in jail.

I do think its creepy as well as your "common knowledge" of all of these coaches personal lives. I just root for them to do well and respect their privacy otherwise.
