Graham Couch: Iowa Basketball is a mid-major roster

Listening to KXNO and they're talking about how bad Wisconsin got jobbed by the refs. Was it really that bad?

Iowa almost had the game stolen by the refs. They totally missed the flagrant foul by Davison in real time even though it happened right in front of a ref. Thank God for reviews, so Wisconsin couldn't steal the game with flagrant fouls.

announcers said several times that the crew was one of the best in the business. Lot's of NCAA tournament experience. It was a physical game but in no way did Wisc get jobbed.

I had never seen a play allowed to continue, count the basket, the other team inbounds, dribbles down the court and then the refs decide to look at the monitor and leave the basket, and give the flagrant. Always seen it called at the time and then they award or call off the basketball due to the foul. That sunk them right there.

Found it odd that Garza took off after the Wisconsin bench with the way the game went.

I don't think Big12 fans don't get the Big10 at all. In the Big10 you got teams that all they do is foul you all game long and dare the refs to call those fouls. Wisconsin, Rutgers, MSU, all do this. When the refs call obvious fouls fouls, that is good officiating. It doesn't matter if they have 50 fouls to 10, a foul is a foul.

Lol the box score certainly disagrees

It appears it was only called a "physical game" by one team

Then you haven't watched much basketball. Flagrant fouls and contact above the shoulder has been reviewable for awhile now.
