For 2019 a good comp is MSU. Neither team could beat bowl eligible teams, but MSU at least showed up for their bowl game.

Next year the most likely comp for ISU will be Nebraska.

You can't really be this clueless can you? Sagarin was one of 5 SOS metrics used in the computer rankings. So Sagarin is no more reputable than the other 4. Plus there are other ones that are good as well.
