If you sit courtside in Ames you get it sent to you every year on expectations on how to act. I don't get that letter in my regular parquet seats. If you don't follow them you will be asked to leave your seat and/or get a call/email from Pollard. I've seen both happen

That's an odd way to look at it. I thought you look at the ranking when the game was played.
