So getting back to the topic of the thread, since this year's post-bowl team is pretty much set, what's next year's squad looking like. Purdy, Goodson, and Hall are obvious to start the season. What's ISU have coming back at WR, OL, TE? Who comes back on D?

There is a thing in football called a redshirt. If you are that curious how this all works you may need to do some research on your own.

Did you see an R before that SR? And if you have made lists of your all Iowa team you haven't looked at the rosters?

You just seem grumpy. I had no idea what week Bailey was injured or that a medical redshirt was possible. How closely do you pay attention to Iowa's injury report?

I haven't made my All Iowa team roster for next year. That's kind of why I initiated the convo.

Theres a difference between an injury report and losing someone for the year, IMO.
Not grumpy at all, Im saying you are probably capable of googling a roster status yourself.
