And while it may seem like we are the “worst” third place team to our fans, we are harder on ourselves than anyone.

Sounds promising. A game against Notre Dame would be awesome. Notre Dame is pretty similar to Iowa State style wise IMO. Big TE's and WR's. Mobile QB's. Both have a solid D. I think it would be a great match up.

No doubt in my mind that we would out sell tickets over Texas, OSU and KSU if we played Notre Dame. The die-hard ND fans with our die-hard base would get a full stadium and probably an additional 5,000 people watching it on the nearest big screen outside the stadium. I'd predict ND as a 3 point favorite, but would expect we could win that matchup...
