top 10 in the country? I'd say 4th best in the BIG12
Sounds like you watch a lot of B12 football.top 10 in the country? I'd say 4th best in the BIG12
Brewer, Hurts, EhlingerPFF has him 9th in the country. I think that's pretty fair. Who is better than him in the Big 12?
Tryhardly's Total QBR gives Nate Stanley a Running EPR (Expected Points Added Through Rushes) of 6.3...Brock Purdy gets a 2.9. That in itself tells you the value of Total QBR and why no one uses it.PFF has him 9th in the country. I think that's pretty fair. Who is better than him in the Big 12?

Brewer has no turnovers, nearly as many TDs, and his team is 5-0. Won head to head and looked like the better QB that day.Brewer is even behind Stanley in QBR though and you already said Purdy is better than Stanley so that's confusing
I'll take PFF's asessment from people who do this for a living over some Hok fanboy's opinion.Already provided. Never once have I stated that Stanley was better than Purdy. I just don't think the difference is near as much as many of you think. Purdy is a good young QB but is not among the "elite" QBs in college football. His arm strength is far from "elite".
There is a lot of season left and things could change but if voting was done today I think Purdy is behind Brewer for all conference voting.Brewer is even behind Stanley in QBR though and you already said Purdy is better than Stanley so that's confusing

And yet, secretly, you would take either over Stanley...admit it...it's okay...you're among friends here. There is a lot of season left and things could change but if voting was done today I think Purdy is behind Brewer for all conference voting.
9th in latest PFF rankings while fat Stanley at 49th
I would take Brewer over Purdy or Stanley right now today. And yet, secretly, you would take either over Stanley...admit it...it's okay...you're among friends here.
How much Baylor football do you watch?I would take Brewer over Purdy or Stanley right now today.
I've seen him outplay Purdy once. How much Baylor football do you watch?
I would take Brewer over Purdy or Stanley right now today.
You can't go wrong with either Brewer or Purdy...or Hurts...or Ehlinger.I would take Brewer over Purdy or Stanley right now today.
yes it does. Going by what I saw in the head to head match upQBR disagrees with you though
