Think we showed who was better last week!

This thread is golden, ISU needs to win 10 games for Purdy to be in the Heisman talk. Beat Texas or Oklahoma and people will notice and do not mess up against anyone else in conference. Basically you have to win out. And Iowa has done this against good teams. Now 70 plus points is a lot, but they did smash Illinois last year like 63. And OSU in the past for 55. ISU needs to do it against a P5 team more than once.

I'd love a link that says the same ranking that had Mitch Trubisky as the third best QB in the NFL last year is the best metric out there
Ok. Lets use your measure. Then Purdy is 4th best in the Big 12? Purdy would then be the 3rd best QB on Hawks schedule after Coan from Wisc and Clifford from Penn St. You can't have it both ways.

Honestly Purdy is probably right around third in the Big 12. Ehlinger and Hurts are above Purdy.

I'd say Purdy is the third best QB in the Big 12 and by far the best QB you'll see this year

After seeing Wisconsin/Michigan, I don't see how we can beat them.
I don't think Michigan is close to being as good as their ranking suggested. I do think Wisconsin is very good and will beat Iowa, but that does not mean that Iowa doesn't have a shot. That's why you play the game!

Oh, they have a shot for sure, but they will have to play a complete game to do it.
