Nah, we're not going to file a police report. We're going to continue to be vague and go on morning shows while not providing information to Pollard/Wintersteen/ISUPD so they can actually help.

Why doesn't every Cyclone fan that has been assaulted physically or verbally since 1978 file a police report in Iowa City, or at least contact the UI athletic dept with a complaint. The statute of limitations has probably expired on this happening, but I just thought it was a fun idea.

I think Barta's in a HUGE bind here and he knows it. I don't see a way that this works out well for him no matter what the outcome is at this point. Even if there was an assault and it's on video, etc.... he still handled it terribly... and he tried to sweep it under the rug as a non issue with his joint statement with JP.... but the band members forced him to look into it more.

No matter how this turns out.... Barta is in trouble. He's such a tool that was way in over his head as an AD anywhere. Iowa has a horrible president and AD, and most Hawk fans I know agree with that. And most hate Fran too btw.
