LOL, and netted 17 points. I mean, isn't that the goal of a "bend but don't break" defense? Do you get awarded extra points for anything over 250 that I'm not aware of? You're better than this.
It really is quite amazing that Iowa continues to win despite have worse players and coaches.
It's an amazing thing. ISU can't get Iowa off their schedule fast enough. Even Eric Church knew not to pick against Iowa's Superbowl. Has a guest picker ever picked against the home school before?

He looked like he wanted to be anywhere, but where he was actually sitting. Must have gotten a nice paycheck to show up.
He actually said he's never picked against the home team, and when he said that I immediately knew that he was picking Iowa. Just like when Corso was talking about how there was no way Iowa was going to lose this game, then he picked ISU. The Gameday experience was tons of fun and I'm extremely happy they got to come.

You guys did a great job. Looked good on TV. But man, what a horrible guest picker that was. Not that it ruined the show or anything, just would have been a lot better had they picked someone that actually wanted to be there or was affiliated with the university or state.
Bet a lot of ISU fans would have preferred Gable over Church.
I didn't want Gable, but would've rather had him over Church. I honestly don't think this was Iowa State's doing, rather ESPN didn't like some of the options and gave Eric a call. Other than the guest picking, I thought the rest was phenomenal.
