Campbell leaving Kempt in last year after he'd messed his knee up and was hobbling to the huddle was disappointing. No game should be worth that.

It's just a non conference game. If it helps get them prepared for conference play it's a no brainer IMO

I don't think anyone knows how long he'll be out. He might be able to play Saturday for all I know. Real football starts to for us soon and injuries will happen on the OL. Versatility is key

How many games a year does he coach? He better care about every game. We can’t fiddle funk around three games per year.

That was a really bad look. I understand he didn't have a capable backup at the time as Noland was still listed in that spot, but still Kempt could barely even walk.

But that wouldn’t fit his narrative that ISU doesn’t care about this game. Of course they do, both teams care. It’s the most important game because it’s the next one on the schedule. Don’t think for a second that either team is looking ahead to next week since it’s not a conference game.
