Oliver Martin Derangement Syndrome

That’s fine. I know literally nothing about guys like Shaw, Wilson, or Martin. Just pointing out that Iowa has actual depth at WR, which is something that could not be said in the past. I don’t think Iowa State has much of a talent advantage at the WR position amongst the top 5 guys for each respective team, which is all you really need (at least for Iowa) anyways.
Shaw - 6'6 athlete
Joseph Scates - 6'4" athlete who Campbell absolutely loves
Wilson - 6'3" burner who's the fastest WR we have
Martin is no longer listed on the depth chart.

This does not include Tarique Milton, Deshaunte Jones, La'Michael Pettway, or Landon Akers.

How is that trolling? I was told he was 100% cleared Monday. I don't care if you believe me but let's not pretend Kirk hasn't been known to be a liar

No I think you’re a liar and Ferentz is telling the truth. There is no reason to believe Ferentz was anything but honest about the Iowa football program. You on the other hand......

They knew he was cleared by the NCAA but he hasn’t been cleared by the B1G. He wasn’t eligible until today.

Offensive tackles Alaric Jackson and Tristan Wirfs and defensive tackles Cedrick Lattimore and Brady Reiff all paid a price beyond missing the season opener.

“They did community service work. It's a pretty standard rule we have,” Ferentz said Tuesday “They got four hours in on Friday and eight more on Saturday and missed the game. But they're in mind and spirit, and they came back Sunday and we've welcomed them back, and they're all doing a good job. Really happy with the way they've handled it.

Wait, missing the game is a pretty far stretch from "not watching the game" as you said. Certainly you have that quote somewhere and accidentally linked this instead.

Honest mistake.
Sure taking you a while. Seems like you might be dodging it.

Missed the game while doing community service...not complicated

If you're this worked up, take a break or block him.

Pretty sure this reads missed the game (physically) and did 8 hours of community service. I don't see anything in there about not watching it.

You used to be better than this.

Is this guy a TE? What kind of production are you expecting to him to have? Will he be able replace Hockenson or Fanta production?

Not sure what my expectations are. I feel that if he can stay healthy he can put up something like 20-30 catches for 200 to 350 yards and 2-5 touchdowns. I think that would be pretty decent. Then improve on those numbers for his junior and senior years.

I think that would be a good goal for him. Although talented, hard to do much more when you're 4-5th on the depth chart. But like I said earlier, he definitely has the talent to move up the pecking order this year.

This is a very reasonable take. I just wanted to comment and tell you I thank you for being level-headed.
