****Official Class of 2020 Recruiting Thread****

Just waiting on that Duke offer..

If he gets a Duke offer, he’ll commit on the spot.

Talking with people in the know, it’s tough to get a read on this kid since Dad is pretty involved. Not the worst helicopter parent ever but inserts himself way more than necessary

Good for the young man if he receives that opportunity and it is what he wants.

But nothing guarantees it is coming.

Foster is a good recruit but not that good of recruit where it is an auto-offer for Coach K.

His dad seems to have some really nice things to say about Coach Prohm, so I'm cool with that.

This is accurate but I don't think he gets the Duke offer. He's not quite at that level and Duke has their sights set on bigger fish.

Things have been quiet with Foster but I've heard Iowa State, Baylor and Kansas lead. Bock has credibility as an Iowa reporter so it's a CB that I wouldn't completely dismiss. I do not believe he offered an explanation for it though.

I'd guess that he won't get a Duke offer as a tier 1 guy, but it's possible he would in the spring if they miss out on their top targets. For that reason, I wouldn't expect him to commit until either Duke hits on their #1's or until spring if they haven't filled up/missed on the tier 1 guys. So, IMO, Duke is the linchpin here.

This is correct. His dad does really like Prohm though

Rooting for:
1) Ohio State football to succeed for years
2) Cleveland Browns football to succeed for years
3) Notre Dame football to succeed for years
4) Duke to hit on their 'A' 2020 targets

No particular order, but this is pretty close.

I'll put in a vote for NW and Purdue to finish 1-2 in the B1G Legends division every year, make us the most successful team in that 5 hour radius for football recruiting.

I am slow, but I finally figured out what you did there!

Bain released ISU's 2020 prospect big board leading up to the live period this weekend.
We can dispute his priority ranking (especially since he left Myles Stute off the original posting) it is a good list of who the staff is will be seeing as the endless scouts tweets on them start.
