They wouldn't ruin a relationship with an entire high school program either. Unless Gary Barta is their recruiting coordinator it didn't happen.

That doesn't sound like Kirk but I could easily see something like that coming from Brian. He has made plenty of dooshy comments about recruiting over the last couple of years.

All I will say is that it is no shame to lose a recruit to Nebraska....their campus is really nice, Lincoln is good for college kids, they have excellent facilities, several national title trophies, and Frost is a blond haired version of Campbell to recruits. I wish the kid nothing but the best and hope he dominates Iowa every time they play.

So does it all come down to CMC not committing to be at ISU long term? If so the days of good recruiting is over if all a school has to do is point out CMC won't be here long term. I appreciate the honesty by CMC but it has a chance to be his undoing.
