Well you'd be losing some money then because Robert Kraft 100% would not hire Kirk Ferentz to be the next coach for Patriots. That's asinine.I would bet money the guy in NE would hire him if he left.

Nobody said they did. An Iowa fan said it's hard to bring in top recruits to Iowa because of geographic reasons but yet Nebraska can do it. Makes no sense
He could land a job in the NFL, whatever conspiracy you fix up in your head about why and how is up to you. Now l, at this point in his career i doubt Head Coach would be considered. So Iowa has an 8 win incentive for Ferentz so he doesn't go to New England as an assistant?

Davenport University can't put guys in the NFL that's why Iowa can out recruit them? That's all I can think of

I was responding to the "he wont get hired in the NFL" statementOf course he could land an assistant job in the NFL but you really think they fear he's going to leave Iowa for an assistant position so they give him an 8 win incentive?
Tradition, the recruit better than the whole state combined because of it.Why can you land top talent in Lincoln but you can't somewhere in Iowa?
That isn’t what Peter King said. What he said was KF is the most respected college coach outside of Nick Saban.

So if Iowa had better tradition they'd recruit better? That makes a lot more sense than the geographical excuse
Nebraska does recruit relatively well considering their geography.

Neither does ISU
No, nebraska recruits better than Iowa in spite of location based on their easy Big 12 North schedules and 10-11 win seasons because of it.So if Iowa had better tradition they'd recruit better? That makes a lot more sense than the geographical excuse
Correct and it's not because of geographic reasons
Tradition must have something to do with it if most in state guys go to Iowa, at least the top rated ones.Correct and it's not because of geographic reasons
I never said hesd coach
