So starting at the beginning of last year then, going forward? I think you would agree basing a coaches success in years 1 (and even 2 sometimes) is not a good representation. including a year where you are essentially picking up the pieces of a program in shambles isn't fair. Whether it be CMC or Kirk for his first year.
I am not understanding your stance here. Can not compare careers, but can not compare head to head either.
I'm not one of those people. I think you are reasonable poster and although I disagree with some of your takes or opinions, I have at least seen you try to have informative/civil conversations about things that are interesting to both sides.
How old are you? Your sentence construction is fascinating.
I can agree on that, but saying the hype train is way higher on ISU than Iowa is a little misguided. When you look at preseason predictions and publications. Both teams are getting noticed and recognized. Not just ISU.
Please don't put me and Yeahbuddy in the same sentence.

Old enough to know not to care about sentence structure in a forum.
I think the difference is, in those publications/predictions its more of a ho-hum, Iowa is back in the bottom half of the 25. where as ISUs are more like "I know, you're as shocked as I am that I'm writing this" stuff. The verbage is a little bit more welcome to "hype" than Iowa just being Iowa again. If that makes sense.
