Oliver Martin Derangement Syndrome

This is a bad take. Michigan has a ton of talent at WR. If he decided to go to Iowa State or Iowa he would be an instant impact player. Iowa obviously needs him much more than we do but he would definitely contribute for us.

I don't know that he's an instant impact player but he would have more of an impact than say, Josh Johnson.

Alright... so it'll be Oliver Martin's second true year in college. So if we're comparing stats to Hakeem Butler, Oliver Martin has the potential to catch 41 passes, have 700 receiving yards, and record 7 TD's in year 2. They had similar newcomer years, so they could have similar second years. If that's the case, then holy cow get him the waiver, we want him, he's a starter day 1.

I have no idea, but it is laughable that ISU fans wouldn't be happy if they got him.

Regardless of wherever the kid goes to catch footballs, my original intent was (as with many of my posts) to provoke a visceral response from the low-lifes at ToE. I succeeded.

Wow they really use terms like “Baby Brother” when describing Iowa... my one visit over there will have to be my last

You literally posted the worst take of the year on this board and that is saying something. You might want to take a break for a while.

I may have missed where any ISU fan said they "wouldn't be happy", I think most said we don't necessarily need the guy.. He wouldn't be a home run get by any means he'd merely be a guy that comes in and has to work his way into playing time. I really don't think he'd come to Iowa State and be a day one starter this year. He would not start over Milton, Jones, Scates, or Pettway.

A few fans have said they wouldn't take him. I'm not sure he would be a day one starter at Iowa either. But he would be a welcomed addition for either team.

I would have no problem with landing him. I think he could help the team out one way or another. If he turns out to be great, awesome. If he doesn't, oh well.

Someone mentioned the possibility of a waiver.. Not sure if that's true or not. I'd guess he'll have to sit a year.

Not sure what he would claim unless he was being abused or claim coaching change impacted him with new OC at Michigan. Not sure that would fly.

That you would assert that about an obvious troll post but suck the fake grad student and Jeff reninga off, is indicative of how ******* stupid and insecure and dishonest and pathetic you are

Could get a waiver though, NCAA has been more lax on those lately.

He played in every game last year so unless he can show some kind of hardship I don't see him getting a waiver. Yes, The NCAA has loosened things up some but I doubt he will have a case.

I have no idea, but just heard it is a possibility. Even getting him as a sit one play two guy could be very beneficial to both programs. Nothing wrong with having a year to get in the program and be ready to play two more full years.
