Saying that a player with 12 career catches in two seasons is better than the Mackey Award winner and two likely 1st round draft picks is probably the dumbest thing that’s ever been said on this website. Either that or when you said that the Thorpe Award winner sucked, it’s pretty hard to pick between those two.
Allen got hurt and was coming off an All Conference season and I've never said Josh Jackson sucked. Not sure where that one came from

Will be interesting to see how TTU fares next year once Culver leaves and they do not have a bunch of fifth year guys. Beard is clearly a terrific coach, but I don't think it can be overstated how huge of an advantage it is having Owens, Mooney, Francis, and Odiase as fifth year guys. They return Moretti and Edwards, who are both good. They had some good recruits not play this year and coming in.
