I guess Iowa's collapse will start in March this year...

John Sears of WHO, the hawk douche that he is, reports the "miraculous " hawkeye victory against 12-12 Rutgers. He says more basketball later, and goes to state wrestling. What a homer!

Didn't you guys just get killed at home by TCU?
Yeah Big 12 is brutal. 8/10 teams projected in the dance and round robin schedule. You get four games where your B game can get you by. That's life in a big time conference. It is good to see the big 10 having one of its best years. Might get 8/14 in the tournament. Hopefully Iowa can keep it up and Indiana, Illinois, and some others in the Big10 can get their acts together in the next couple years so you can experience wins in a big time conference.

If you watch Iowa play, they are very good in up tempo games where their opponent isn't very physical. When teams body up well inside on them, and don't let them get wide open 3's, they struggle.

They struggle in man to man defense. They can not stop dribble penetration. So if a team can be successful against their zone, they can be easily beaten.

They won their last 2 games against lower teams on last second shots. One of these times they will not win one of them. As ISU fans, we saw how that happens against TCU.

Iowa’s transition defense is a bad. Offensively they may play well in an uptempo game but not the defense.

Can we change the name of this thread? Maybe something like 'Iowa is the best team since Jordan's Bulls and Fran is the 2nd coming of John Wooden'

do you not think Bohannon committed a clear path foul towards the end? It was pretty obvious watching the game he did...that evens out the flagrant foul you thought happened.

There is no clear path foul in college basketball, as far as I know. That is an NBA rule.

This thread continues to make me chuckle. Karma is a *****.
The Hawkeyes are living on the edge right now making 2 incredible last second shots against not very good competition...
...you should save those incredible shots to save your asses come NCAA tournament time.
