You talking temp for free tickets? LOL.The "feels like" temp at tip-off tomorrow night is negative 16 and by the time the game gets over it drops to negative 20. I'm sure that has nothing to do with this though.
I wouldn’t be bragging about 94% capacity in a year in which you played both Iowa and Iowa State at home, but maybe that’s just me.
To answer your question more pointedly, when the closest you get to a sellout in 2018 is several thousand tickets short in a match-up against a Top 5 opponent...then yes, I would say that constitutes not coming close to a sellout.
You understand people have to park outside and walk quite a ways to the arena. Same with after the game. They aren't able to park inside Carver. You know that right? What does the temperature have to do with a basketball game? I can understand snow considering people have to drive but basketball is played indoors. You know that right?

This is fantastic!
Yea, it's crazy that people don't want to be outside for any period of time when it feels like negative 20.
A 5 min walk in to the stadium and back to your car after the game is going to prevent you from sitting indoors for 3 hours watching your favorite team play the #6 team in the country? Lol that's pathetic if true and that would never stop ISU fans
You know what is really hilarious? Your POS AD using slogans and tag words that Matt Campbell has used since the day he started here.
I suppose it is flattering that Barta follows Campbell around. Genuinely your predilection with @CyTwins and all things ISU is getting creepy. You really aren't doing very well. What amplifies the hilarious here is that as Barta is on Campbell's jock, you are obsessively relentless being in @CyTwins shadow.
Below is a great example of your obsession. You are constantly in Cytwins butt following him around far too closely.

I hope people aren't going to work tomorrow! Lol
If you have kids and it's a weeknight and the temperature feels like negative 20 of course it's going to stop some people. A 5 minute walk is also generous. I understand you're just being a moron on purpose, but the same thing happens at Hilton.
You have absolutely mastered the art of false equivalencies I'll give you that.
This is fantasti
My kids must be bad ass.If you have kids and it's a weeknight and the temperature feels like negative 20 of course it's going to stop some people. A 5 minute walk is also generous. I understand you're just being a moron on purpose, but the same thing happens at Hilton.

Standard issue for anyone living in Iowa during the winter. You know people can go outside with articles of clothing similar to this? You understand people have to park outside and walk quite a ways to the arena. Same with after the game. They aren't able to park inside Carver. You know that right?
Or, with students, they have to wait outside for the CamBus, and then wait outside even longer after the game since everyone is trying to get on the bus.
People can't be working unless they can work remotely from the comfort of their own home. I mean if you can't walk into a basketball game from a parking lot you shouldn't be able to walk into an office either right?
Would they wimp, whine, and constantly follow you around...you know like @benjimill ?If I told my kids we couldn't go to Hilton for a top 10 opponent because of the temperature I could only imagine their response
Hell, look no further than the KSU game a little over a week ago. Weather was miserable and Hilton was still full. A little geography here for the Iowa fans but I drove from Washington county to Story County to attendName one time cold weather stopped Hilton from having a good crowd against a top 10 team
