I guess Iowa's collapse will start in March this year...

Wade Lookingbill is on crack. The best I could see them going during this stretch is 2-2, there is no way they are winning both of those road games. They got embarrassed in both of those contests last year.

I think theyll steal one of the road games and beat Illinois. Thats not going to be good enough though, 4-1 in this stretch or they are screwed.

Doesn't really matter though....at least as far as getting into the tournament goes.

Top 40 of NET probably matters if it means that's how many tournament teams you play.

A little tricky in Big Ten, SEC and especially ACC (15 teams) though with unbalanced schedules. I'd have to look again but I think the previous two years Iowa's unbalanced schedule helped them but doesn't it look kind of stacked this year?

It’s a lot tougher this year for sure. Wisconsin loss at home was a killer....

Wonder if Iowa pulls it off tonight or not. Northwestern can't score at all but they can defend. We all know how Iowa does on the road though

Didn't you guys just lose to Baylor on the road? Northwestern isn't bad....think they're 54 or so in the NET. It'll be tough...as most road game are....

Yeah we did. I never said Northwestern was bad, I said they struggle to score but can defend

If Iowa is going to make the NCAAs, this is the type of game they are going to have to win. I won’t pretend to know a ton about Northwestern, but this seems like a favorable match-up for Iowa: Northwestern doesn’t have much size, is a bad rebounding team, and doesn’t force a lot of turnovers. Would be big if Garza is back to full strength in order to fully capitalize on Iowa’s perceived advantage inside.

If Iowa doesn't get down by 17+ points it could be a step in the right direction

Kenpom has NW at 49, Baylor at 53.

Northwestern has an awful history and is predicted to have the same conference record as Iowa (8-12).

Cook doubtful tonight. I’d like to retract my statement. Looks like the streak of 17+ point deficits on the road will continue.
