Yeah, so far Iowa has looked like road kill, and not fresh road kill, the kind that has been run over by 37 semis. Saw the post earlier about them being down 17+ point at some point in their last 11 road games. Now, ISU had it's struggles on the road last year, but there were at least a few of those games where they had a good chance to win, including at KU. As I always said about ISU football, you have to at least keep it close so when you get a break or in this case make a couple 3s it makes a difference. Maybe they will be better on the road, but so far not so much. I'll be surprised if they beat NU of the road. Teams tend to get a lot of those 50/50 calls at home.
Can't we all just be glad that both Iowa and ISU beat top 25 teams at home this weekend. Great weekend for the state of Iowa basketball.
Wasn't the Big Ten supposed to be loaded this year? Half of the Big 12 is in the top 25 and only 4/14 Big Ten teams are ranked. Yikes
But with the gauntlet of the Big 10 conference schedule are you really surprised only 4 teams are ranked? They are beating each other up. So many good teams that anyone can win on a given night.

It's Iowa basketball. Nothing would surprise me in those five games. 0-5 to 5-0 and anything in between.
Now, now this group of Hawks is streaky. They did lose 6 in a row in the Big 10 last year.

I beat him at Dam to Dam by 5 seconds in 2012, no big deal, but I could see Iowa winning those games.
