I guess Iowa's collapse will start in March this year...

So Iowa beat an NIT team, at home, by outscoring them? Nothing has changed then.

I don’t know if anyone outside of the Big Ten sunshine pumpers thinks Nebraska is good.
The NCAA NET rankings like them which is technically "good". I'm not agreeing, just sayin'. Beating them at home is no big deal. Beating them at their place would be a nice win.

And that won't happen.

Does it count if Nebraska falls out of the polls now? We at ISU usually count it but many hawk fans here told us the wins over ranked teams only count if they are ranked throughout the year and at the end.

If ISU can count the OSU top 25 win in football, then this counts too. I'm fine with neither counting.

I was asking you if they count. I don't get as wrapped up in that stuff as you guys do, so I figured I'd see what you guys said.

Looked at their schedule, and I think Iowa goes 7-9 rest of the way and ends up 8-12 in conference. NIT bound again.

Now, it could be worse - they could lose at Rutgers e.g., or just totally collapse like they did a few years ago. But I think they will stumble along, zombie-like, as usual. Lose some games by 20 and look utterly hopeless and helpless, and then come back and beat a half-decent team like Maryland or IU at home. That seems to be their thing under Fran. Just enough oxygen to keep them alive, but never really thrive.

I always get a laugh at how wide the aisles are and how wide the seats are. They must must be in the lower capacity mode. Probably going start to install tarps pretty soon. That's what happens when everyone wears black and they turn the lights down looks like no one is there.

BTN is really good about not showing the dead spaces in Carver too. Watch a game on ESPN, they don't hide it like the homer network...
