Bump for @Gonzo. I thought he got benched for that walk on from Ankeny
I think it was more injury related than anything. Not that he has been a shut down corner or anything, but he has been pretty decent.

Not true.
Big 12 and ACC both use 3 WR.
He's not all-world
Obviously. If you're going to put Epenesa and A. Nelson on there you're better off putting Bailey in there instead of M. Nelson. Also it's pretty tough to leave off a second team all conference TE in Charlie Kolar too
If we're not sticking to two DEs and two DTs I'd agree with sliding Bailey in place of M. Nelson. Kolar looked pretty good, would maybe challenge Wieting for #3 spot on our roster.
Gonzo with a fairly reasonable list. I would also put hock instead of fant. Would also drop Sarge at back for another receiver. Defense, I would have Bailey as an end in place for who you felt the weaker Iowa DE was. I feel Bailey is the best run/pass end out there.
Well better get rid of one of your DE's then because Bailey is a stud
A stud that couldn't make a first team list in a defense optional 10 team league?

They actually don't. Not a single offensive player worthy of an award. When do they do offense? Iowa only having 3 all conference defensive guys when the Big Ten has 3 all conference teams is pretty low
Epenesa and Nelson didn't get first team by coaches either playing a weak schedule...
I also noticed that the Big 12 puts five DL on the first team. WTF??

Thanks Chad and Mark!
We have more good players
So the Big 12 has a 14 player Offense and a 14 player Defense for their all conference teams. Why is that?
