I’ll keep the prediction quick and to the point. Really like the direction this particular team is going.

Arizona hasn’t lost yet, but they haven’t played anybody worth a damn either.

Iowa State 77
Arizona 65

Gonzaga, get ready...

I hope you're right! Zona still has some dudes. I think we may be the more disciplined of the teams, though, and that can pay dividends in early-season tournaments.

A loss here would probably give us a decent chance to go 2-1 while a win almost assures us 1-2. Love this team but don't have the horses to run with Auburn, Gonzaga or Duke.

Give em hell guys.

Two losses like that would never hurt us in March.

Their starting 5 are 6' 10", 6' 9", 6' 6", 6' 2", and 5' 10". I'm not afraid of match-ups, but rebounding might be a big deal. They shot horribly in their first game, better in the second. They don't turn it over a lot, and they apparently aren't physical (not a lot of fouls).

That said, I totally expect us to compete in this game. If we play defense like we did against Missouri, we have an excellent chance to win.

Haven’t watched them but I would take ISU guards over theirs. Miller usually has lots of bigs and they usually play good defense. Should be a close game.

I'm definitely concerned about size. Hopefully our length and quickness will offset the rebounding.

Something to note about Arizona, last year when Miller was named in the FBI investigation, all of their recruits left (I think there were like 1-3 5 star recruits). So their bench is lacking a lot of their normal talent.
