The B10 can not keep being bad at MBB. Some of those teams will be better this year, while the Hawks are still be the Hawks. Winning some surprise games at the beginning of the year and then getting pounded through the second round of the B10, after everyone figures out that all you have to do is make them play defense.
A guy that should be at one of those all letters Indiana schools is going to redshirt.

Weiscamp is going to be a fun player to follow, glad to see an good Iowa kid stay in state which hasnt happened often, even if its for Iowa I still want the kids to stay in state and do well.
He played a lot of time at the 3 which is not a good spot for him. He's a 4 but Cook is taking those minutes and you have Wieskamp taking the 3 minutes now. Makes sense for Nunge to redshirt.
It doesn’t make sense to redshirt anyone in high level cbb right now. And to redshirt a sophomore that’s not injured? That’s just hilarious. Might as well have cut him loose and brought in someone that’s good enough to play. Would have been better for both parties.
I don't ever remember getting free pizza and bobbleheads at an ISU football game.

Now he’s not a good candidate to transfer either. Kind of a **** move by Fran. Seems like Fran gets a lot of kids that like the idea of being on a P5 team but aren’t really that interested in being a P5 player.
I've seen all of one half so far, but there's no reason to believe they'll be better until proven otherwise. Cook and Wieskamp won't be the reasons the team is poor though, IMO.
Watching a little bit of the Hok vs Roo game. That UMKC point guard is quick (and tiny), but he doesn't make very good decisions - he keeps wanting to drive to the basket against 6-10 dudes and never makes the basket. Kinda reminds me of Gesell vs Monte and ISU back in the day.
