Looks like KF is pulling the offer
Last I heard he wasn't. But I doubt he sticks with Iowa.

You aren't allowed to visit other schools if you are committed to Iowa so yeah he'll have his scholarship pulled
Yes you are, as long as you notify the coaches that you are doing so.
Link? Unless something changed when Iowa sends you out the official scholarship offer thing is says right on there you are not allowed to visit any other schools
Don't have a link cause I think each case is different and it is a fluid thing, but for the most part if the recruit is up front about their intentions then the schollie isn't pulled. When you go behind their backs and go on visits secretly, that is when it gets pulled.
Unless something changed from 2016 Jacobs is breaking the rule put in place by Iowa and will have his scholarship pulled

Well all I know is that there have been recruits that told the coaching staff about visits to other schools and kept their offer and stay committed to the Hawks. The rumor is that Jacobs won't have his offer pulled cause he told the coaches his intentions. It is all moot anyways as most people think Jacobs will be a Buckeye.
Derp
So Kirk changed his policy since Wirfs committed?
The policy is the same as it has always been.
So "You must not visit another institution" is still the policy?

Why are you the way that you are?
The policy is "You must not visit another institution". They pulled Eno's scholarship for doing this even though he told the coaches. Do you not remember this?
