How is that trolling? Stanley is not accurate or consistent throwing the football. I don't think you understand the difference between "better arm" and "stronger arm". Purdy most certainly has a better arm between the two
So one game sample sizes aren’t enough to say that a player has regressed, but they are enough to form evaluations of players?

If Purdy doesn't have a good arm why did Saban offer him a scholarship? Why did Jimbo Fisher offer him a scholarship? The kid is 6'1 and it's not like he runs a 4.4 40. It's not his height or speed so what is so good about him in your opinion?
So is it your belief that a more highly recruited player is automatically better than a less highly recruited player?

The least shocking thing ever, you didn't answer my question. Brock Purdy got offered a full ride scholarship from Nick Saban at the University of Alabama. Why do you think he got that offer?

The next night, unable to catch his flight out of Phoenix back to Tuscaloosa, the coach contacted Purdy to say Saban told him to offer him a full scholarship.
That was Jan. 17.
Meanwhile, Alabama ramped up the interest. An assistant coach came in for a home visit but didn't offer until he could talk to head coach Nick Saban. I feel that he was offered a scholarship, but Saban quickly moved on once they identified a different more highly regarded prospect and that scholarship offer was no longer committable. Still a huge offer nonetheless.
Which is why I'm asking why a 6'1 kid that's not lightning fast would get an offer from Nick Saban if he doesn't have a better arm than a middle of the road Big 10 QB?
And several weeks later, Purdy asked Saban if he could commit to Alabama, and Saban ignored him. Makes you wonder if there are character issues with the kid, considering Alabama didn’t drop Purdy until after he visited.

Most QBs have a better arm than Drew Brees, but that doesn't make them better. Fact of the matter is I doubt Purdy has a better arm than Stanley, but again I've never seen him play. I just feel that Stanley seems to have the best arm I've ever seen from an Iowa QB since McGwire.

Are we not comparing arm strength as opposed to passing accuracy? I feel that when someone is talking about a QBs arm, they are talking about strength and not accuracy.
I really think someone is close to breaking through and changing someones mind.
