Iowa Football Recruiting

I already did that, bud.

ISU plays at Ohio in 2023 and has 5 away conference games the same season.

Did Pollard say they are starting this after 2023 or when?

Hah, I didnt go far enough down that page. ISU is playing at Arkansas State in 2025 and has 5 road conference games that year as well.

Yeah, like we are to believe they were entertaining the idea of getting 1 of 2 SEC teams for a home and home.

ISU isn't going to play at Arkansas State, I know that for sure. Not sure about Ohio

I wouldn't go with that FBS schedule website all that much. I learned my lesson with Wisconsin being listed playing Eastern Michigan and Syracuse the same day 9-11-21.

Just read a premium article about Blaise Gunnerson. Was surprised in the interview he was asked about the similarities and differences of Iowa and Iowa St. He said similarities are the coaches, he has a good connection with both staffs and both have supportive fan bases. The differences he said came that he was extremely impressed with the game day atmosphere at Kinnick, and being on the field for the swarm was awesome.

I still think he is a lock for ISU, but it is nice that he is at least checking out his options.

Interesting, sounds like he is not very impressed with Iowa State’s gameday experience. Anyone know if this kid grew up a Hawk or Cyclone fan?

Or that he had low expectations for Kinnick. Dont blame him.

Not at all, but nice try, that isn't what he said at all. He specifically said that the differences between Iowa and ISU come where he was extremely impressed with the day day atmosphere at Kinnick, and that being on the field for the Swarm was awesome.

Don't worry any, kid is a big Clone fan and I'm sure that he will be a Cyclone. Yet he has the ability to see something you can't, that game day at Kinnick is simply awesome, and really does blow away Jack Trice. He said it was the biggest difference between the programs.
