Is Fran building a regional powerhouse or just calling Iowa fans idiots and morons?

The Iowa visit was good, too. The fans are crazy. Iowa doesn’t have a pro team so Iowa is the pro team.

Sounds like Fran is just making stuff up to get kids to come now.

Yeah, there are a lot of media members and college football fans talking about Kinnick magic against Wisconsin this weekend.

Please tell me that's real and you guys are trying to copy us. That would be the most little bro move ever

Meh we were bad until Johnny, then we were exciting at home. Currently there really is no discussion between Hilton and CHA, Hilton is awesome and CHA is a morgue. Enjoy your bobble head and free pizza.

When CHA gets rocking, it is a pretty damn good environment. Not quite as good as Hilton at its best, but not that far off. The only problem is that typically only happens a few times a year.

Supposedly the student section might be shifted from behind the basket to the lower bowl surrounding the court. We’ll see if that helps; could end up being a disaster.

If you have to move the students out from behind the basket, it means ticket sales are bad.

How many games have you seen at Hilton?

I have been to both places for conference rival games & I completely disagree - the comparison between the two venues isn't close at all. It's like me saying, during the 2000-2005 Danny Mac years at ISU, that JT was not far off from being like Kinnick. We definitely had a much better product on the field, but it was nowhere like the inside of Kinnick. The problem with CHA is that the production on the court hasn't improved since Tom Davis left & neither has the atmosphere. You have too many old stuffy lawyer and doctor season ticket holders - they're about as excitable as a row of ferns.
