Iowa Football Recruiting

Just saying, the only wins in likely their last 7 games after this weekend will be against a team that won 1 game last season and a non-P5 team.
The non-P5 thing is a dumb argument if the team is good. I saw a good Boise State team beat Oklahoma, I saw a good Utah (non P5 at the time) pound Pitt in the Fiesta, last year UCF looked every bit as good as Auburn when they beat them. Lots of examples.
By the time football teams are in their 13th, 14th game, its probably safe to know if they are good or not.

I will give you that one.

ISU will likely have 2 wins in their last 7 games after this weekend, one against a team that won 1 game last season and the other against a good non-p5 team.

Are you concerned? You seem to be a little more objective than @CyTwins.

What loss in those 7 was considered a bad loss?

Give me that one? Tough for you to just say you're wrong I guess.

Oklahoma IMO is a playoff team, so I'm not sure I'd go that far. If cobwebs aren't shaken out by the end of the Akron game I'll be worried. Having to play 3 ranked teams after Akron will define this team because the back end is very winnable IMO.

Its like another moral victory for you. We went 2-5 but we didnt have any bad losses.

ISU beats Okie State if Kempt doesn't get hurt. Beat a top 20 team at their home place in that stretch and had a win taken off their schedule because of lightning. Moral victories I guess

Well there is 1 real victory on that list. You are getting better.

Seriously?

Nebraska, BC, NIU and the second best program in Iowa.

Really? Beating #97 Sagarin with a backup QB isn't a real win but beating #82 Nebraska with your starting QB counts? Also we're counting an average MAC team at home as a real win?
