Again he went full contact on 8/11 with the cast no reason for him not to play after that point unless he has had another injury.

Not just the DUI, but he also hit another vehicle and tried to flee the scene.. then had an invalid drivers license and no insurance. Surely that's at least a 2 game suspension.
