YeahBuddy came on here and confirmed that Kakert and Sanderson said Gervase was getting his scholarship pulled (it was a year to year scholarship because he was a former walk on) until one opened back up for him. I can find all the posts on it if you would like but it came from the HR payboard

I have read that he wont be on scholarship going forward.

He was on scholly for one year and is now back to a walk on.

He was a walk on that got a scholly for a year and they were going to use it elsewhere. Not the end of the world.

Even your resident Hawkeye fan agreed with it and saw it as a positive he was getting his scholarship pulled

I think ISU has better coaches and more talent but I believe Iowa will win. I don't think that's really going out on a limb there

I would say it's pretty close yeah. Iowa's got a lot of unproven players but I expect at least a few to step up and do well, especially defensively
