For the most part, yes. Ohio State, Wisconsin, and Penn State have offenses as good as anyone in the Big XII (with the possible exception of OU). Everyone else is meh.

The defenses in the Big Ten are much better than the defenses in the Big XII, though.

Kempt played a tougher schedule because he didn’t play any non-conference games. It has nothing to do with the strength (or lack thereof) of the Big XII.

Wisconsin is #51 out of 129. Texas Tech ranks higher than Penn State.

Lmao, I assume you are basing this off an antiquated stat like total offense? I didn’t realize Oklahoma State’s offense was so good, but tOSU and PSU were both top 6 in terms of offensive efficiency, and Wisconsin was still ranked higher than every team in the Big XII except for OU and OSU.
