It sure is and I am sure Northwestern thinks the same thing.
So you are saying Iowa fans should be happy Hakeem Butler is back then?

LMAO!! You're off the deep end today. Derp must have gotten to you.Agreed. By him saying he hopes he's back he definitely is putting that ahead of Fant's best interests

Dude you own them on so much stuff...this is bull ****.A coach publicly saying he wants a projected first rounder back next year is not a good look but OK
BUMP for hilarity. That Daniel Douglas dude is a clone fan! LMAO
Actually not really.
The thought that anybody that is going to play against Iowa would be pleased that Fant is returning is absurd. Just like opposing defenses cant be happy Butler will be back for ISU. They both had drops last year in OT that cost their teams.
The fact that you actually went along with @cycloner29 on this thought is not a good look for you.
How did Butler's drop on 3rd and long not cost ISU? At the very worst it would have been 4th and 1 for ISU.
He was short of the sticks and the game didn't end on that play. This is a huge reach even for you
So drops only cost your team if it turns out to be the last play of the game?
It's a terrible comparison is whatI'm saying
I would say most coaches would push their players to enter the NFL draft if they were a first/second rounder. For every Scherff, there's an Ott.Is it an odd thing for a coach to want his best player to come back for his senior year?
No answer to my question?
Drops only cost your team if they happen on what turns out to be the last play of the game?

I'm saying it as an injury situation.I dont recall Ott ever getting feedback he would have been a high draft pick after his junior season.
KF is really throwing out some praise for Cole Banwart. He mentioned him during bowl prep last year and it sounds like he has had a great summer.
KF also said today at Media Day that he thinks the OL can be good, likes the RB's and really likes Stanley and the progress he has made.
