All Iowa Football Team---Post Bowl Edition

Honest question. What are Park's plans? Is he still enrolled at ISU and just not playing football, or has he transferred back a to a JUCO hoping to catch on somewhere else?
I know he stayed in class at least until April.
The sad thing about it was he thought pro ball was a way to give his child a good future, and I would have to imagine that's a pretty slim chance now. Hope he can have a career wherever he ends up in life to still provide for his family.

Agreed, If nothing else I hope he can get a degree somewhere just to give him a leg up in the professional world. Kid had loads of talent, but just seemingly is unable keep his head in the right place. Good luck to him going forward.

Yeah Harvey and Spears are studs. Lanning was still good though

Eh. I know how much you guys love PFF over here, and they had Lanning graded really poorly. He missed a ton of tackles and was awful in coverage. All things considered, he was solid for a guy who hadn’t played LB in however many years.

What was his PFF grade?

Lanning got better as the season went along but his biggest asset for the defense was his football IQ and leadership.

Is this like the football equivalent of the fat friend that is "funny and nice"?

I never realized how tall the best QB in the state was. ISU lists him as 6'5 but if he played basketball for Iowa he'd be at least 6'8
