If this had been against a worthy opponent, it would be one of the greatest moments in ISU basketball.

Because scholarships are better used on guys like denning and Baer. Duh, everyone knows that! They worked their butts off they deserve it, it’s not all about winning cytwins.

We’ve been through this.

He wasn’t even assured of a major role at UVA as a senior.

So you are happy with Shayok at ISU because you don't think he's very good? I know at one time you mentioned his scholarship situation which doesn't make sense so I just want to be clear why you have happiness over ISU getting someone who will start this year

I first said that last summer, had no idea Prohm wouldnt be able to keep McNeil happy and get him to Ames.

I just answered it a few posts ago. He wasn’t even guaranteed a major role on UVA as a senior. But now he’s going to be one of the best players at ISU?

Either an incredibly optimistic set of expectations for him or doesn’t speak well for the talent level at ISU. I will let you tell me which one it is.

So the reason you are happy Shayok is at ISU is based on his skills and abilities to play the game of basketball?
