Iowa Football Recruiting

@YeahBuddy

Where in that article does it prove my statement wrong that, when ISU makes an offer the offer is commitable at the time of the offer?

“I think you have to look no further than in-state to see there were a lot of offers that went out in the 2018 class very early out of Ames. And I’m not sure all of those guys were able to commit to them if they wanted to“

@YeahBuddy

Thanks for providing that so I didn’t have to read that putrid article again. I will admit, you’re generous to do that work for me.

So you’re using an opinion piece as your factual basis? This excerpt does not prove anything but BF’s opinion. That still doesn’t provide evidence to my original question.

Valiant attempt though, I’ll still welcome some proof or an example of where ISU offered someone and the offer was not commitable when the offer was given.

Heard from some sources this RB nobody wanted isn't a walk on and will be on scholarship. Seriously. Lol wow

I know this kid, or at least some of his family. You are incorrect. Walking on with what was described as a priority for a walk on scholarship for 2019. Things may change if something opens up.

The amount of butthurt that Clone fans have towards legendary Iowa football coaches amazes me.

Way to run around the question. Just want to know how long the offer is committable. From what you describe, with little ferentz article, sounds the same amount of time that ISUs are.

Btw way, I would say JTS is legendary not really KF.

Ok, just so I have this right.... Iowa had one opening for a DB in this class and Castro took it, so that's why Miller's offer was yanked.

So I fully expect to see Iowa not accept another commit in this class from another DB. If that happens, then I will believe what you are saying. If they take another DB in this class, then that means Miller's offer was never a committable one.

And ISU accepted a commit from another OL and that's why there was no longer a committable offer left for Andrew Todd too. See how that works. Amazing.

Also, I'd be ticked if I was Jirehl Brock and Iowa just took a JUCO RB with 3 years left. I wonder if Brock's offer is committable any longer? He better look into that.
