Is Fran building a regional powerhouse or just calling Iowa fans idiots and morons?

No. They had a terrible season last year but they still think they have a talented roster

If you disagree with my statement, then you must not understand the English language very well.
You said "they think they still have a talented roster".
What you were trying to say is they still think they have a talented roster".
Your statement implied they had a talented roster but they don't anymore. The key is the placement of the word "still".

Some hok fans have always contended that they have a talented roster, they were just missing key pieces or something to that effect. Their "talent" peaked in January one year when they were ranked. They proceeded to fall of the face of the planet proving they weren't ever really that talented.

It doesn't help that their coach has never understood proper rotations to get his best 5 players on the floor as much as possible. Instead he just gets as many average players on the court per game as possible.

His rotations make zero sense to anybody but apparently him. No one plays that many players that amount of minutes except teams like West Virginia and the platoon Kentucky year. It is asinine.
