Kiper has his early position rankings for the 2019 draft up.
Stanley is the #4 ranked QB that is an underclassman.
Fant is the #1 ranked TE that is an underclassman.
Brady Ross is the #2 ranked FB that is an underclassman.
Kyle Kempt was not in the Top 5 of senior QB's.
Did you stretch before you folded yourself into a pretzel trying to spin that?
Let's look at that a little deeper:
Quarterbacks
Seniors
1. Drew Lock, Missouri
2. Will Grier, West Virginia
3. Ryan Finley, NC State
4. Clayton Thorson, Northwestern
5. Nick Fitzgerald, Mississippi State
Underclassmen
1. Justin Herbert, Oregon
2. Jarrett Stidham, Auburn
3. Shea Patterson, Michigan
4. Nathan Stanley, Iowa
5. Jake Bentley, South Carolina
Lock and Herbert are currently the two names here who would have first-round grades if they told us to hold the draft tomorrow. All of the seniors have at least first-round upside, and Stidham and Patterson will be particularly interesting to watch. Some evaluators think Stidham has a really high ceiling.
So, all of the seniors listed he thinks have first round potential. Herbert is the only underclassman he says the same about. He finds the next two "interesting". The silence is deafening around Stanley. So we learned from this that Stanley he thinks is just behind the good underclassmen. We also learned that he doesn't think that Kempt is one of the top 5 seniors all of whom he thinks have first round potential.
Swing and a miss again, YB.
Best of luck to him in his future outside of football, classy kid.
He really regressed as a senior. Guessing his heart wasn't in it anymore
Or maybe continuing to battle the depression he has fought for about 4 years is a bigger priority to him than a pro football career.

Low blow, especially considering the story that was posted on this site just yesterday.
Edited
He really regressed his senior year. I'm guessing his medical condition influenced that
Doesnt get much lower than trolling a kid that had to give up a dream. Not shocked you would stoop that low though.
That is not trolling him in any way shape or form. I can name multiple ISU players who regressed in their athletic careers due to medical issues. You're being a huge douche today

If you werent trolling why did you edit your post after I mentioned the depression issues he battles?
I hope Welsh can find the help he needs to get it all together. Some things are much bigger than a game.
Rediculous he’s that defensive about it but can’t remember the criticism that Iowa’s staff was getting on CJ’s health.I didn't think what I first said was offensive, when I said his heart wasn't into it anymore I was implying it was because of his medical conditions and he had more important things to focus about. I edited since you're too dense to realize what I was trying to say
