Graham Couch: Iowa Basketball is a mid-major roster

This is the Iowa basketball recruiting thread, try to stay on topic.

(P.S: NFL scouts agree with me)

This might come as a surprise to someone like you who isn't educated but college football/college basketball are completely different than the NFL/NBA

Lol. It’s funny that you think this is some great smack talk against Iowa, when all it really shows is they have the best recruiting class of schools only signing two recruits.

Also, same average star rank as ISU.

I just want you on record that your players are the the same because of the stars, but there's just not as many players. You did great.

Oh boy, I don't think @YeahBuddy would say he'd take JW over THT

I’m not sold on THT. What position is he going to play? Seems a little short for a PF, but doesn’t appear to have the quickness to guard wings. Maybe he improved significantly his senior season (which would make sense considering his rise up the recruiting rankings), but he didn’t show much shooting ability during last year’s AAU season. Definitely a good passer and ballhandler for his size, though.

He says he's a 2 guard. He's got a 7 foot wingspan and is still only 17 so I think his ceiling is really really high

You watched him play a lot last year in AAU?

Your best recruit is a 6'4" 170 small forward. Gurl plz

You said if THT jumps Joe in 247's final composite ranking you would say THT is better

I would have no problem admitting he is the higher ranked player. The gap will probably be very small and, like I said, they are both really good gets for their respective programs.

You said Joe would continue to drop in the rankings. He moved up 1 spot in the final Rivals update.
