My Pledge—No More Trolling

Was Phil Parker in charge of the CB's opposite of Jackson last year when they struggled or was he just in charge of LCB?

Parker is the d backs coach.

And you said Jackson was one of the 2 worst players in the Iowa secondary during last season and hes going to be a 1st round pick. How good are those other guys if he was one of the 2 worst in the secondary during last season along with Gervase?

So it was his fault that your CB opposite of Jackon sucked? Interesting

Wait, I thought Jackson was one of the 2 worst DB's in the Iowa secondary during last season? How can the other guys suck if they were better than a projected 1st Round pick?

Dude that is such a weak troll. I said that in early Sept after Jackson got worked by Butler. I'm not sure how you can say CB won't be question mark last year when Hankins, Omeduia and Ragubumba were all terrible

Interesting that you didn't "misremember" that.

Hankins was good last year when he started playing. He’ll be Iowa’s next stud CB.

Out of curiosity, if you think Butler burned Jackson last year, what did Iowa’s receivers do to Peavy? If I recall he got torched for three TDs and single-handedly lost the game for Iowa State in overtime.

So you don't think CB is a question mark next year either? lol man you guys are homers

Peavy is really good and has proven to be in his career

That sounds familiar

Manny Rugamba is going to be a good one for years to come.

People who know football know who Rugamba is. @Hawkmi1987 and I told you this awhile ago

Rugamba is the best CB returning in the BigTen!

They have plenty of size at CB and Rugamba is a really good player.

You might want to work on your reading comprehension, sport. Hankins will be good. Rugamba and OJ I am less sure about, but Phil Parker is the best d-back coach in the nation, so we’ll see. Of course the position is a question mark, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t talent there. There were question marks at TE last year too, and it turns out Iowa might have the best TE group in college football.

As for Peavy- he might be a stud, I didn’t watch many Iowa State games last year. But Iowa made him look like a high school JV player. I don’t put much stock in All-Big XII awards- they put like 15 players on each team for both sides of the ball, and almost anyone who started gets at least an honorable mention. It’s really more of a participation trophy.
