My stalking has lead me to find out they are getting divorced and the are toy wholesalers mainly selling on Amazon. He was also sued by a Chinese toy company in 2012 for not paying a loan.

Also I find it funny they are FSBO.

You have a weird thing for corded phones.

My favorite part of this. The oversized tub in the kids room being used to hold stuffed animals.

I've heard of an open floor plan, but not when it comes to the bedroom and corresponding bathroom. Nope nope nope. And I hope that they used a fish-eye on pic 20, because otherwise those are REALLY steep steps.

And why always more bathrooms than bedrooms? I understand maybe 2 half baths above number of bedrooms, but 3 whole?

If I won Powerball, I'd build my own house, that's for sure. And definitely not permanently over-personalize it.

I checked it out on google maps. Way overbuilt for the neighborhood.

I moved to Ottumwa 6 years ago. There's a house about 3/4 of a mile from here, and I believe it's been for sale this whole time. Biggest/most expensive house on the block.

That house is freaking fugly as all hell.

Reminds me of the old architect/designer adage "I pray every night that people with money will acquire taste and that people with taste will acquire money."

That's not the house that Rosanne and Tom Arnold started and never finished, is it? I never heard what happened to that house. Over 14,000 SF, I think.
