Yep. Solomon isn't overly skilled offensively but he's tough as nails and brings a lot defensively.

Only watched 3 ISU games but I'd say no on Young and I have no idea on Talley.
The numbers from his first 12 games compared to the final 11 games when he entered the starting lineup.
His MPG jumped from around 19 to almost 35. Of course, his production will increase.

I think he has a decent point, @CyTwins, that Talley's boost in numbers mostly came from boost in playing time, not any real increase in efficiency.
I think you have a good argument back, though, that (1.) Talley was facing really good teams, (2.) Talley was a plus defender on a bad defensive team, which does not always show up in a box score, (3.) maintaining your efficiency while scaling up like that is generally a good sign, and (4.) his efficiency metrics are okay/good

I agree that he played stronger competition in his last 11 games when compared to his first 12.
Did you watch ISU basketball at all once he became a starter? He was pretty solid on defense even though losing Young really hurt our defense overall
He played stronger competition and increased his numbers due to increased minutes without losing efficiency but you still think he is pretty bad? Lol

We should have stopped caring a long time ago. Guy isn't playing with a full deck.
I'm still waiting for my explanation on how exactly Talley's closing stats were "pretty bad".
