I woke up thinking it was Monday. Get to entertain 4 kids this week while it still feels like winter. My parents sent me a picture of them eating bresakfast on the balcony of their condo in Florida (there for a week after a week-long tropical cruise).

I woke up thinking it was Monday. Get to entertain 4 kids this week while it still feels like winter. My parents sent me a picture of them eating bresakfast on the balcony of their condo in Florida (there for a week after a week-long tropical cruise).
That was an experience. Everything from 5 year olds to I believe a Korean War vet wearing his battle beret and walking with a cane. Saw Jerry Garcia reincarnated hitting on a couple college girls. The skank was 50+, made me realize how happy I am being married. Wife got a selfie with the lead singer. His hair is so long it covered half her face.

Guess I have to go run today. Saw nieces FB post on running 21 miles yesterday with her dog. I think her razorback is maybe the 2nd best runner I know. She's running a marathon on Easter weekend. And yeah, she's also pregnant. Not crazy though, got doctors okay to do this now but not later. Between her and my other young running mom friend her in Mpls I get run shamed on a frequent basis.
Just wish the footing outside was good enough to allow outside running. It's just way too ice rutted yet.

Our sidewalks are great and it should be a great week for me to get out there and start the struggle, then the growth, then whatever happens from there.
Z is getting her excercise running surprise envelopes up the stairs to me from the living room. Lol

The movie Valerian is epically awful. Woof. Just brutally bad. Dane DeHaan is so bad I just want someone to punch him in the face.
Figured I have Amazon Prime and would watch it.
I have Amazon Prime too and saw that and passed. I have gotten to Prime like I did with Netflix.....I scroll and scroll and scroll and there is nothing I am willing to invest 2 hours in. Wierd. Is there a word for this boredom? The same stories and/or the same punchable actors that I refuse to patronize....even with a simple click. The Crimean War documentary was that last thing on Prime I was actually able to make it through.
I hear ya. I did watch Dr. Strange the other night after passing on it earlier. Got interested after his character appearance in Thor: Ragnarok. It was pretty good. Forgot that people freaked cause Tilda Swinton played the "master". Come, this is Tilda Freakin' Swinton. She can play anyone she wants. It's called "acting".
Decided to give the trails/walks a try. It wasn't too bad. Wheezed in the cold (haven't run outside in Minnesota this year). Managed to slug out a slow 4 miles.
Did not die. FTW.

Did 1.2 run/walk 'miles.' Only the first third before pausing.
I can feel the lung capacity at times, but it's gonna take some work to get to it.
Walked about 5 miles today antler shed hunting. Found: 4 golf balls, turkey feather, carcass with a smallish 8 point skull which is kinda cool and another hat rack, and a possum skull. I was sweating....slugging up muddy hills is good cross training.
Iheart radio awards tonight......if the Grammys are the classy, cultured industry self-congratulatory, political-statement awards then tonight should put their misogyny and hypocrisy levels to shame. I am getting psyched.
Maybe found a movie on Amazon Prime to watch. Sicario. Cause Emily Blunt.
That one's not boring. Kind of ridiculous in parts....but still watchable. Federalis....
Now....Cardi B on Iheart awards. You can't even mock or snark this sh*&....it is so bad. "Evil" comes to mind since most of the arm=waving crowd is mentally abused children. Parents should be locked up for this crap. Seriously...March on Washington to end iHeartradio.
I think you should be able to make picks if you log into cbssports. Once the groups are set up I think they just open back up each year.

I just need to find my password again. I only use that site once a year and I think I end up resetting my password every year.
