Weird angle to mock a dude that put up 27 as a freshman in AFH. I guess I'd be jealous too if my coach couldn't recruit athletic guards

Why cant Prohm lead his team during crunch time? How much has ISU been outscored by in the last 4 minutes of the game and OT's in their last 3 games?

I would say the previous two games was due to inexperience and honestly this team just has a low basketball IQ. Hard to take away much from last night since I've seen much better teams coached by HOFers crap the bed in AFH year after year doing the stretch

Better question might be, which team wins its first conference game, that is if either of these teams can win a conference game.

ISU will win some games at Hilton this year. Prohm's teams always get better as the season goes on

So Iowa football loses bowl games and you pin it on Doyle and Ferentz.

ISU basketball chokes away 3 games in a row in crunch time and you throw the players under the bus?

Given what each team plays coming up and who Iowa plays Thursday, I'd say Iowa. ISU has a real shot to beat Baylor, but there are no cake walks in the Big 12.

Inexperienced team playing in the best league in basketball. They'll win games.

I mean, I'm glad they're in position to win games near the end. They could be getting pounded by double digits each game.

Iowa has looked completely unprepared and outclassed in their last bowl games minus the one vs BC's backup QB. If you want to compare that to losing by 5 in AFH go ahead

Could you imagine the optimism this board would have if we got to see Illinois and Rutgers on the schedule as our next two games?
