Eh, stuff happens. Sometimes the rumor mill churns out some good news that turns out to be true. I can't remember who it was, but someone on here was way out in front in saying Wigginton was ISU bound when virtually everyone thought he was going to commit to the Ducks.

I don't get how things like this happen. It doesn't help the team in any way.

If there was nothing to see here, why would Campbell feel the need to deny the suspension? Obviously something happened...someone got angry, said something that was overheard, and the rumor got started.

Even if we bested them 60% of the time from now until eternity it will take us until 2368 to get to .500 assuming we play them every year for the next 350 years....

By 2368, screw OU. Most of us will have moved on to our new traditional rival, Starfleet Academy.

Sure. For the most part I don't mind posters spreading rumors here. Makes for good reading sometimes. I do wish that everyone would have just taken a deep breath and waited for some kind of confirmation from a real journalist. Birch kind of counts.

If Park is suspended for even a quarter I don't think CMC would confirm it to the media anyways. Just like when Rhoads told the media Richardson would for sure play in the Kansas game when everyone knew he wasn't even practicing.
